Centra is seeking a Home Health Clinical Manager for Southside Community
Hospital in Farmville, VA. , The Home Health Clinical Manager assesses, plans, maintains and evaluates the delivery of patient care: provides for the development and evaluation of Home Health personnel, maintains the operational aspects of the Home Health Department on a 24-hour basis in collaboration with administration.

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:

This candidate must be licensed in the State
of VA as a Registered Nurse. Must have a minimum of 3 years of progressive
management training and /or experience in Home Health Care, or a related
field. BSN degree preferred.
